How many people will be coming to clean our home/commercial area?

Our crews consist of two to four cleaning technicians.

How often should I have my home/commercial area cleaned?

That is a personal preference. If you choose to book recurring, your options are daily, weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly or monthly. You can also book on an occasional basis. You can choose our “Complete Cleaning Package” or you may customize your cleanings to meet your particular needs or budget.

Do I have to be present when you clean our home/commercial area?

No. This is completely your preference. The majority of our clients provide us with a key or garage codes to their residence/office. These keys are kept by the owner in a secure area.

Will the first cleaning take longer?

To make sure that your home/commercial area will meet ours and your standards, the first will be a deep cleaning that will usually take much longer.

How can I prepare for my cleaning?

In order to maximize your experience with us, we kindly ask that you:

  • Remove any/all clutter in areas needing cleaning.
  • Make sure your pets are in a safe and comfortable place.
  • Let us know if there is anything that you would like for us to leave untouched during our visit and we will grant your request.

Do you use my vacuum and cleaning solutions?

Typically clients provide their own vacuums but if necessary we have our own as well. We provide all cleaning solutions unless clients would prefer using their own. The rate doesn’t change if clients decide to provide their own.

What about my pets? We have a dog and a cat.

Reflections Cleaning loves animals but for the safety and comfort of your pet, we will require that they either be crated or in another room in the house. During your booking, we will discuss your animals and would like to put all of your pets information into our files (name, type, etc.). Any special instructions, regarding your pets is also included in your file.

What days do you clean homes/commercial areas?

Monday through Friday from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm. Our last scheduled appointment is 3:00 pm for residential. Commercial clients generally start after 4pm. Special arrangements can be made for weekend cleanings if necessary but would include an additional charge of $25.  Please note there is a 3 hour minimum charge for first time cleaning.

Is there a cancellation fee?

We understand that things come and you may need to cancel, we respectfully ask that you please give us at least 24 hours advance notice. This will allow other potential clients that time slot. If for any reason you cancel on the day of service or forget to leave access to your residence, there will be a $25 rescheduling fee that will be applied to your account. We cannot guarantee that your appointment will be rescheduled within the same week however we will do our best to make the necessary accommodations to get you in as soon as possible.

Are your staff insured?

All our cleaning specialists are insured and bonded.

Are you members of the Better Business Bureau (BBB)?

Yes! Reflections Cleaning is proud to be a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes. They are sold by hourly increments with a 3 hour minimum.

What are the payment methods accepted?

Payment for residential cleaning services are due in full at time of service. We accept payment in the following form: Cash, Cashier Check, Money order or Credit Card (PayPal). 

Commercial Payments – All payments for recurring businesses are due on the 15th of every month. Reflections Cleaning accepts Check, Cash or Major Credit card. There is a $35 fee for all returned checks.
